How we collect, use, and protect your information.
Effective 2026-07-24
Serendipity Technology ("Serendipity," "we," "us," or "our"), operated by Serendipity Holdings, LLC in Volusia County, Florida, respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
Contact information you provide through our forms: name, email address, phone number, organization, and the details of your inquiry.
Communication preferences, such as whether you asked to be contacted by email or text message.
Usage information collected automatically through standard web analytics (for example, pages visited and general device information), including through Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel as described below.
How we use your information
To respond to your inquiry and provide the services you request.
To send service-related and account-related communications, including appointment reminders, project and account updates, and replies to your messages.
To operate, maintain, and improve our website and services.
Cookies, Analytics and Advertising
Serendipity Technology uses a small number of cookies and similar technologies on this website. They fall into the groups below.
Strictly necessary. These keep the site working and secure, and they remember your privacy choice on this page. They do not need your consent.
Analytics. We use Google Analytics to understand, in aggregate, how people find and use this site, such as which pages are viewed, what kind of device is used, and the general area visitors come from. Google sets cookies (for example _ga) to do this. We do not use analytics data to identify you personally.
Advertising. On our Upfront pages we use the Meta (Facebook) Pixel to measure how our ads perform and to show our ads to people who have visited those pages. Meta sets cookies (for example _fbp) and may use other identifiers for this. Under some state privacy laws this can count as “sharing” personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, which is why we give you the opt-out below. If you opt out, or your browser sends Global Privacy Control, the Meta Pixel is not loaded.
Your choices
Analytics and advertising cookies are on by default. You can opt out at any time with the button below or from the cookie notice on the site. We also honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal: if your browser sends GPC, we automatically turn advertising cookies off for you (the Meta Pixel does not load).
Our website uses Google Analytics 4 to measure which pages are visited, and, on our Upfront pages, the Meta (Facebook) Pixel to measure how our ads perform. These tools set cookies and collect information such as pages viewed, buttons clicked, device and browser details, approximate location, and the campaign link you arrived from. When you book a demo through our scheduling page (powered by Cal.com, hosted by us), we receive the name, email address, time, and any notes you enter, and we record that a booking occurred so we can measure which ads lead to demos. Meta and Google may use this information under their own privacy policies; we do not sell it.
To opt out: use the button in the Cookies, Analytics and Advertising section above or the cookie notice on the site, send Global Privacy Control from your browser, adjust your ad preferences at facebook.com/adpreferences, or email us and we will help.
SMS / text messaging
If you provide your mobile number and choose text as a preferred contact method, or if you text one of our keywords, you consent to receive SMS messages from Serendipity Technology related to your inquiry and your account (for example, replies, appointment reminders, and project or account updates).
Message frequency varies.
Message and data rates may apply.
Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help.
We do not sell or rent your personal information. Mobile phone numbers and SMS/text messaging opt-in and consent information are never shared with third parties or affiliates for any purpose, including marketing or promotional purposes. Your consent to receive text messages is used only to deliver the messages you asked for.
Service providers
We use trusted third-party providers to operate our services (for example, messaging, email delivery, and payment processing). These providers process information only as needed to perform services for us and are not permitted to use it for their own marketing. As noted above, SMS opt-in and consent data is not shared for marketing purposes.
Data retention
We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide our services and for legitimate business or legal purposes, after which we delete or de-identify it.
Your choices
You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP.
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us.
Children's privacy
Our services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date above reflects the latest version.
