An internal product catalog that pulls multiple vendor sources into one searchable system for sales teams, plus segmented views customers can browse on their own.
The Challenge
The sales team was juggling product information scattered across multiple vendor catalogs: PDFs, spreadsheets, outdated printouts, the usual mess. Finding accurate specs mid-call meant fumbling through documents, and customers had no way to browse offerings on their own. To make it worse, the business only carried a subset of each vendor's products, and there was no clean way to filter down to just what they actually sold.
Our Approach
We built a centralized product catalog system that consolidates data from multiple vendor sources into a single, searchable interface. The admin backend lets staff import vendor catalogs and selectively include only the products they carry, filtering out everything else. The frontend serves double duty: an internal tool for the sales team and segmented customer-facing views for self-service browsing.
