The Challenge
The sales team juggled product information scattered across multiple vendor catalogs—PDFs, spreadsheets, and outdated printouts. Finding accurate specs during a sales call meant fumbling through documents, and customers had no way to browse offerings independently. Worse, the business only carried a subset of each vendor's products, but there was no clean way to filter down to just what they actually sold.
Our Approach
We built a centralized product catalog system that consolidates data from multiple vendor sources into a single, searchable interface. The admin backend allows staff to import vendor catalogs and selectively include only the products they carry, filtering out items they don't stock. The frontend serves dual purposes: an internal tool for sales teams and segmented customer-facing views for self-service browsing.
